Terms of service

The rules that apply when you use this panel. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continuing to use the panel after an update means you accept the revised terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including orders placed through your API key.

  • Keep your password and API key confidential.
  • One person or business per account, do not share logins.
  • Provide accurate contact details so we can reach you about orders and payments.
  • Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

3. Orders

When you place an order, the amount is deducted from your balance and the order is passed to a provider for delivery.

  • The link you submit must be public and remain public until delivery completes.
  • The link must match the service, a post link for a post service, a profile link for a profile service.
  • Do not change your username or delete the target while an order is running.
  • Orders that fail because of an incorrect, private or deleted target are not refundable.

Delivery speeds and start times shown on each service are estimates based on typical performance, not guarantees.

4. Refills and cancellations

Where a service offers a refill, you may request one within the stated window if the count drops below the delivered amount.

Where a service offers cancellation, you may cancel an order that has not completed. Any undelivered portion is returned to your balance.

Services without a refill or cancel badge do not offer these options, and this is shown before you order.

5. Payments and balance

Balance is credited once a payment is confirmed. Balance is used only to pay for services on this panel.

Prices can change as provider costs change. The price shown at the moment you place an order is the price charged for that order.

We do not offer credit. Orders require sufficient balance at the time they are placed.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the panel to:

  • Target accounts or content you do not own or have permission to promote.
  • Promote content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative.
  • Attempt to overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the panel or its API.
  • Resell access in a way that misrepresents where the services come from.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules, and we are not obliged to refund balance spent on orders that breached them.

7. Third-party platforms

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any social media platform. Platform names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

Social platforms set and change their own rules. Using growth services may conflict with the terms of the platform you are promoting on, and that risk is yours to assess.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the panel available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages, and platform changes can all affect delivery.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.

We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost revenue, lost followers, or action taken against your account by a social media platform.
