Privacy policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.

1. What we collect

We collect only what the panel needs to work:

  • Account details, your name, username, email address and password (stored hashed, never in readable form).
  • Order details, the links, quantities and services you submit, so orders can be delivered and supported.
  • Payment records, the amount, method and status of your top-ups. Card and wallet details are handled by the payment provider and never reach our servers.
  • Technical data, IP address and login timestamps, kept for security and fraud prevention.

2. What we never collect

We do not ask for and do not want your social media passwords. Every service works from a public link alone. If anyone claiming to represent us asks for a password, report it to us immediately.

3. How we use your data

  • To deliver and support the orders you place.
  • To process payments and maintain your balance.
  • To detect fraud and abuse, and to keep accounts secure.
  • To send transactional messages about your orders, tickets and account.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

4. Sharing with providers

To deliver an order we pass the target link and quantity to the provider fulfilling that service. We do not send them your name, email address, or payment details.

5. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the panel to function: keeping you signed in, remembering your theme and currency preferences, and protecting forms against cross-site request forgery.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Data retention

Account and order records are kept while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as needed for accounting, legal and fraud-prevention purposes.

You can request deletion of your account at any time. Records we are legally required to keep, such as payment history, are retained for the required period.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
  • Ask us to delete your account and associated data.
  • Object to certain processing, or ask us to restrict it.

Send any of these requests through a support ticket and we will respond within a reasonable period.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions are protected against fixation, and API keys can be rotated by you at any time from your profile. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong, unique password and keep your API key private.

9. Children

This service is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially we will note it here with a new date at the top. Questions about privacy can be sent through the contact page.
