SMM Panel FAQ

Everything people usually ask before their first order. If something is missing, contact us and we will answer.

The basics

An SMM panel is a marketplace for social media growth services. Instead of buying followers, likes or views from a dozen separate sellers, you order them from one dashboard with one balance, and the panel routes each order to a provider that can deliver it.

You create an account, add funds, then place an order by choosing a service, pasting a public link and setting a quantity. The order is queued, submitted to a provider automatically, and its status syncs back to your dashboard until it completes.

There is no trial period because there is nothing to subscribe to. The account is free, there is no monthly fee, and you only pay for orders you place. With rates starting at $0.00 per 1,000, a first test order can cost less than a dollar.

Every service is priced per 1,000 units. Your charge is rate ÷ 1,000 × quantity, shown before you confirm. Provider costs move, so rates can change, but the price displayed when you place an order is the price charged for that order.

Getting started

Create an account, add funds, then open New Order. Pick a platform and service, paste the link to your post or profile, choose a quantity, and confirm. Most orders begin within a minute.

Never. We only need the public link to your post or profile. Nobody will ever ask you for your social media password, if someone does, they are not us.

No. You can top up any amount and order as little as the service minimum allows. There are no contracts or monthly fees.

Orders & delivery

Open My Orders to see every order with its status, quantity, progress and charge. Search by order number, link or service, and filter by status: Pending, In Progress, Completed, Partial, Canceled or Refunded. A canceled order is refunded to your balance.

It depends on the service. Each one lists its average start time and daily speed on the service card, so you know before you order. Most start within seconds.

If the count drops within the refill window shown on the service, you can request a top-up at no extra cost from your order history.

Services that support cancellation are marked with a Cancel badge. You can cancel from your order page while the order is still pending or partially delivered; the unused amount is refunded to your balance.

The provider delivered part of the quantity and could not complete the rest. The difference is refunded to your balance automatically.

No. The profile or post must be public for the duration of the delivery, otherwise the order will fail.

Yes, on services marked with a Refill badge. If the count drops inside that service's refill window you can request a top-up from the order page at no extra cost, and it is processed automatically.

Yes. Instead of delivering everything at once, you can split an order into runs spread over an interval you choose, useful when a sudden jump would look unnatural. Subscriptions go further and repeat automatically on new posts.

Payments

Open Add Funds, pick a payment method, enter the amount and complete the payment. Your balance is credited once the payment is confirmed: automatically for most methods, after a short review for manual ones. Each method shows its minimum and any processing fee before you pay.

The methods your panel actually accepts are listed on the Add Funds page, and only ones an administrator has switched on appear there. The platform supports cards and wallets, mobile money, bank transfer, cryptocurrency, regional gateways, and manual crediting from the admin panel.

Yes, 45 currencies. Prices display in the currency a customer chooses, using exchange rates that refresh automatically. Orders are settled against your balance either way.

Balance that has not been spent can be refunded under the terms of our refund policy. Delivered orders are not refundable.

Provider costs move, so rates can change. The price shown when you place an order is the price you pay for that order.

Reseller & API

Create an account, add funds and compare wholesale rates in the catalog. Decide your own prices (the profit calculator shows your margin and markup), then sell by placing orders for your customers, connecting your own tools through the API, or launching a white-label child panel on your own domain.

Every account gets an API key at signup; it is on the API page of your dashboard. Send a form-encoded POST to /api/v2 with your key and an action: services, add, status, refill, refill_status, cancel or balance. Responses are JSON in the standard SMM panel format, so existing panel clients work. The API documentation page lists every parameter with examples.

Yes. Every account gets a free API key at signup, with access to seven actions: service list, place order, check status, request a refill, check refill status, cancel, and check balance. It follows the standard SMM panel format, so most existing clients work without modification. Full reference lives in your dashboard under API.

Yes. Add unlimited providers with their API URL and key, import their catalog, and map services to them. Rates, descriptions and min/max values sync on a schedule, and every provider call is logged so failures are visible.

Yes. Order a child panel from your dashboard, choose your domain and admin login, and it runs as a fully separate, branded storefront on your own domain — customers never see this platform's name. It's billed monthly from your wallet balance, no separate invoice.

Yes, it's a built-in feature — order one from your dashboard's Child Panels page. Your panel gets its own domain, its own admin account, and reaches the exact same catalog and provider connections this panel runs.

Yes, via a child panel: add the two A records shown on the order page to your domain's DNS and your panel goes live there automatically, under your own admin account.

Yes, in two ways. Order a child panel from your dashboard for a fully branded panel on your own domain, billed monthly, you set your own prices and keep the difference. Or place orders directly (manually or via the API) and resell however you choose. Either way there is no revenue share and no per-order commission.

Languages & availability

Not yet. The panel is available in English, French, Spanish, Hindi and Portuguese today, and the layout is left-to-right. Right-to-left support is planned, but we would rather say so plainly than ship a half-translated interface.

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and X are live in the catalog right now, with Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, Spotify, Twitch, SoundCloud and web traffic ready to be stocked. The Services page always shows the current list.
